At Lucky's Rentals, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to help you with your rental 7 days a week. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
Reservation
A major credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
Guarantee reservations will be held until 3:00 p.m. (15:00 hrs) of the 1st day of the rental.
Our agency requires a valid credit card to make a reservation even if the rental will be paid in cash.
All taxes are included into the price.
Age requirement
Scooters: Driver must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid motorcycle license or regular drivers license for at least 1 year with any of the following categories AM, A1, A2, A or M. For bicycle rentals: anyone 16 and older can rent a bicycle.
Additional driver can be added at an additional charge.
Deposit Requirement
Lucky's Rentals accepts the following method of payment for deposit Visa / Mastercard / Diners / Amex
Deposit slip will be held at Lucky's Rentals for 30 days. No exceptions !
A deposit of 400,00 is required for rental of a scooter and 200,00 for a bicycle. The deposit must be placed on a major credit card.
Said deposit is to be used in the event of loss of any item or damage to the rented motorcycle or bicycle or equipment, during the term of the agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs, fines or replacements.
Payment Method
Lucky's Rentals accepts any major credit card, bank debit card or cash.
All taxes are included into the price
All payments will be processed in Greece by Lucky's Rentals.
Pick up and Drop off
Delivery and pick up to a different location other than Lucky's Rentals office must be pre-arranged 24 hrs in advance. There will be an extra charge for drop off and /or pick up. Otherwise, all pick up and drop off will be done at Lucky's Rentals office.
We offer free pick up from any hotel within Paleros area for rentals of 2 days or more.
What does the rental price include?
The price for any rental will include helmet, taxes, area map and in addition for bicycle rentals (only) you will get a lock, lights, repair kit and for scooter (only) 3rd party insurance is included in rental price.
We have additional items such as baby carriers, GPS/Phone holders, tail box (for scooter), that can be rented for an additional charge.
Insurance
Scooters carry only 3rd party insurance. Third party insurance covers you for claims made by others against you for injury, bodily damage or damage to their property caused by you. It does not cover damages to your own scooter in the event of a claim.
Bicycles have no insurance
Cancellations
Your credit card will be kept to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed through a reply email.
No cancellation fee will be incurred for any cancellation made 2 days or more prior to arrival/pick up day.
Any cancellation made 2 days or less prior to arrival/pick up day, a charge for 20% of your rental value will be incurred.
NO SHOW will be charged 1 FULL rental day.
Loss of Equipment
If any item, as stipulated on your contract is missing or damaged, the renter will be obliged to pay for its replacement or repair.

Our Policy
The renter should drive according to the Greek traffic laws. Any fines will be paid by the renter.
Lucky's Rentals will provide helmets.
Lucky's Rentals bicycles and scooters are rented to be used on paved roads, not off-road riding or on the beach.
Please be aware that any damages caused by negligent driving or off road, are at own risk.
Drunk driving a hired vehicle is considered negligent.
Our Terms
The renter pays for the gas, oil or repair of flat tire. Renter must check the oil level of the rented scooter at the same time gasoline is refilled. Guarantee the pre-calculated amount of rental is pre-paid.
Scooter must be returned with SAME amount of gasoline as when picked up.
Traffic violations and legal repercussions are the responsibility of the renter.
Renter must notified the lessor immediately for any traffic violations, incidents, accidents, theft, etc.
